Document Management – The Document Management application in the portal provides an easy and efficient way to share and manage documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, images, forms, audio/video, Web pages and other digital files to specific groups or individuals users without technical expertise.
Email Integration – Provides a way to directly link your email servers and access all your communication requirements from the portal.
File management - File Manager Provides services to the internal system, such as components that allows users to upload and download any files to the portal. It also provides services to archive and retrive files uploaded and stored in the portal server. In addition, It provides facility to define expiration and publising dates of all files.
Live Chat Facility – Live chat allows any users in the portal to be able to send private message or chat content within one another, provided both parties are logged into the system.
Task manager – Task Manager helps to assign project and to organize post projects and tasks. Each project can use any of the standard content fields such as, Title, URL, Short Description, Status, Priority, Assigned User, Review (alert) Date etc. Administrators may also choose to define custom fields for special task data or project information.
Customised Integration –iWhite Portal allows integration of other applications that are used in the company. These application such as Accounting System, Financial System and many more that can be integrated, provided full documentation of the system can be access by our IT Developers.
